Paris 2024 Olympics

Always super fun to see men and women swimming together in the mixed relay to see how much faster the best men are vs the best women.

Same with the mixed relay in athletics but these days women run against women and men against men. Mix it up a bit lol.

Tried to find out on social media, also no idea but appears to be one of 2 options.

1. She is not staying in the Olympics village and was denied access to the warm up stadium.

2. Was injured or something went wrong in the warm up.

She's bloody fast out of the blocks, won the race right there.

Yeah the mixed relay is fun, also a new WR for the US in the mixed 100x4 swimming!

They said she got a hamstring injury (during warmup I guess).

I remember a few years ago you could choose your order so often the last lap would be a women with a 30m lead against a guy chasing her

I prefer the set order. There's no point in letting men race women and throwing off the rhythm of the race. Not for me anyway.
