Parking fine while parking attendant wasnt there

Evening all!

This is the story - got two fines, one for not paying for parking, but when I parked there was no attendant, and when I came back - there is this pink slip on my window!
another for not having number plate in place - it was under the windscreen because some bastard reversed into me, broke the fixture and damaged the plate - got the fine next day!

Now, I didn't pay these fines, and tomorrow is my court date for both fine....

Can you give some constructive advice?

Deny everything. Point out that the prosecutor is a racist, and that the judge should recuse himself because he/she is prejudiced/bigoted/different race/male/female. Hold your right fist in the air and shout a political statement. Draw a political equation in the air with your left hand.

Or just plead guilty, ask for forgiveness and a reduced fine. Cry when you do this, it will add realism to what you're saying.

Plead guilty because parking guy decided to run for a quickie or lunch? serious?
Did any1 go to court? can you tell me what's happening there ? is traffic officer who wrote the fine will be there as well? I want to look him in his eyes!

Yes. First time I made it in, thought I had a good case but the fine sticked :/ 2nd time while I was waiting a guy came up to me and asked if I wanted my fine reduced. Of course i obliged and got it reduced by 40%. Lesson learnt, the less you say the better...

Can you give me an idea about the actual procedure and how long does it take (2hrs, full day?)? Will traffic officer be there? If I have other fines (summons) - are they going to mention them as well?
Or this trial will be only for these 2 fines ?

You're looking at about 3 - 4 days of court if you decided to fight the fine... although you'll only actually be IN the court for abotu 20 minutes

lol...coz I drive an Alfa the front has NO plate permanently coz it just looks better without it...I was pulled over and asked why there's no plate...I said it was stolen, and as you can see, I'm in the process of having it riveted to the front bumper...as all Alfa's have those 4 small little holes to screw the number plate inplace! That one always works...he can write the fine...but that's my story and Im sticking to it...

those parking idiots dont do anything...most of the time i dont give them anything...especially if i have parked for years there and all of the sudden they wanna start a business there...screw them..
