So last year 9/12/2013 i received 2 parking fines, R500 and R300, on my window for the same offence, Parking on Red Line, 9minutes apart from the same traffic officer (identified from Signature) - is this evens allowed?
It's almost a year now and I have not received any notice as yet. On PayCity it still indicates "Payment is Allowed".
Also I sold my car 6months ago - Shouldn't one have to pay all fines on the registration number first before ownership can be transferred?
Should I just wait for a summons and try to dispute in. On the pink slip for type of car it states Sedan. Can I dispute it on this grounds because I had a tazz which is obviously a hatchback - trying my luck.
