2 vehicles are driving looking for a parking, both see the same parking and begin to reverse. Vehicle 1 is in on the left side and the parking is on the left side therefore vehicle 1 begins to reverse to reverse left into the parking. Vehicle 2 is on the right hand side and decides to reverse and would need to cross vehicle 1s path of travel to get into the parking. The bumped each other. Vehicle 1s damages are on the back left corner and vehicle 2 is on the back left corner as well. Insurance says they are equally liable. Is vehicle 2 not more liable? Is there a precedent?
