Parklands - Blouberg Tower

Hi,

There is a new radio tower on the corner of Porterfield and the R27. It looks very much like a MyWireless tower. Can anyone confirm this?

Are you talking about the tower that is located at the sub station on Parklands main road and the R27 in Sunningdale? I also want to know what tower this is. I don't think it is a MyWireless tower because I used the tower distance calculator and found that I am 3km away from the Bluoberg tower. I live very close to this mystry tower - I'd say about 500m or so.

Yes thats the one I am talking about. I stay in West Beach and have no signal. Does sentech have a tower in Blouberg? What is the "tower distance calculator" you refer to? The "Zone Locator"?

As far as I know, the Blouberg tower isn't active yet - as for the tower distance calculator, go look at the Cape Town sticky, 2nd post for the link.
