Very slow and intermittent connectivity. Has been problem for 3 years since moved here. Endless call-outs to technicians but can't seem to fix. Apparently due to old, long line from Rosebank switch. Makes running a business here virtually impossible.

Connections speed approx (at best) 0.8Mbps but pay for up to 4Mbps. Number is 011 880. ISP is Axxess uncapped but they are not the problem. Problem is with Telkom infrastructure. Most common problems are at peak traffic, especially late afternoon.
