Parkview exchange congestion

I can happily connect at 4Mb during the day, but at night my download speed drops to less than my upload speed.
Eventually found out that the Parkview exchange is heavily congested (Afrihost suggested and Telkom technician confirmed).

Now waiting for the DSLAMS to be replaced with IMAX - the problem is when....???

Anyone else suffering at this exchange?
Anyone know in what order these upgrades happen or how to expedite the process?

I'm linked to Parkview, though very close to the exchange (approx. 1 km as the crow flies).

I normally get 10Mb day or night.

Yes, Parkview JHB. Since the upgrades in Nov/Dec it has been getting worse by the day.

Yes -- lately its almost dead at night --- 149 kbps international speedtest

And now it is bad during the day as well, but at least it is still usable.

Ater a weekend of dead slow local and international --- they're back up to normal speed for me now!
