My client a well known consulting house currently has an opening for a mid –senior JAVA application developer
We are looking for the following skills and expertise
A minimum of 3 years Job Related Work Experience is essential.
2-3 years experience with developing Java and J2EE solutions including JSPs, EJB, and JDBC
2-3 years experience with database development and programming experience including SQL programming
2-3 years experience with object-oriented and component-based design using design patterns and elements of
XP and RUP methodologies
2-3 years experience with web-services programming using 2 of the following: SOAP, XML, JAXP, JAXB, JAXRPC or other Java-based technologies
A minimum of a 3 Year IT Degree / Diploma from a recognized tertiary institute, coupled with some IT related training
Responsibilities
Understand the systems requirements for product or service systems to work in the following environments:
Application development
Systems integration and unit testing
Technical specifications/documentation
