Part-time Studies - Where?

I've decided to again register for academic studies as of next year, and considering the BSc route, likely a technology stream. Any recommendations on where/with what institute to register?

Not a huge fan of Unisa....

Also, thoughts on the Open University? I see a lot of positive reviews on it.
