That mini mall next to Somerset Mall (where ABSA is - and near pick n pay side) has a party shop in it (next to Flight Centre I think) - maybe give them a bash. I used to buy loads of stuff from them - but cutting back on my halloween party of late.

Just looking at the partypimp website can tell you it could be dodgy. First thing I look at on these kind of sites is 'contact info' and 'about us'. These 2 pages normally determine if I want to do business with them.
