Unbelievably common occurrence at my local store, I'd hazard a guess at least 1/5 open something for the road, also another 5th don't even drive away, they just sit there and kuier in the parking drinking openly.

Haven't seen anyone bat an eye though.

The worst part is that as they drive by your property, they hurl the empty bottle/can onto your pavement!
I wish I has some stop sticks that I could deploy up the road after seeing them litter.
