Passport Applications at Banks

Hi All,

Please share your experience with passport applications at the banks.
I urgently need to apply for a first issue and would like to know how long it would take to get them.

A friend of mine got hers within a week at Standard Bank, another colleague got his in 2 weeks when he applied at Nedbank.

Got mine in two weeks directly through HA office..

Mine was 13 days from online application and payment followed by visit to HA for biometrics till I saw online and got SMS stating it was ready for collection.
