Password Change

Yes. Go to https://reg.mywireless.sentech.co.za/register/index.jsp and login with your existing username and password. You will see a link to change your password. You can have a different password for "Access" and "ISP", but to avoid confusion I would suggest that you keep both these passwords the same. Remember to change the passwords in your dialer software or router as well.

A warning when changing passwords when you use a router. The modem stores the username and password inside. We have had instances where:
Log on with modem on USB cable using username and password un1 & pw1. Then we disconnect and connect modem to a router where we enter un2 and pw2 under the PPPoE settings. We discover that the modem is still connecting to the MyWi network using un1 and pw1. The solution to this problem is to connect the modem with a USB cable first to the network using the username and password that you plan on using on the router. This also applies to cases where you CHANGE your password when on a router. The modem will still have the old username password stored on its circuits so you will find that all of a sudden you can no longer connect. Use the same solution mentioned above.
