Hi guys,

Client of mine has a desktop PC with Windows 10 pro.

PC has Admin account with password, and local user account with password.

The local account password DOES work.

Cannot install / delete do anything on PC if you don't have the admin password. ( To prevent them from installing crap etc )

Now for some reason the Admin password has been changed to the one I have on file.

My question, is there ANY way I can retrieve / reset this Admin password?

I cannot install any software because obviously it asks for the Admin password. Really don't want to format and re-install.

Password Receovery Disc has NOT been created.

Can someone help me perhaps please?

Thank you

No it's just a stock standard internal SATA hard drive. Standard workstation.

I was referring to Bootlocker, et al, which could be enabled on a standard workstation internal SATA drive.
