Thought you were moving to Portugal? Whatever happened to that idea?
Wait. I can explain.
About 17 to 18 years ago we had 2 major events in our family that played out over 2 years and split us apart and me loosing my income.
This caused panic attacks and the Zopax medication also the cutting up of CC's. A turnaround came and we rented an apartment 17 years ago in which we still live. Two years later I started dabbling in stocks.
I have 3 daughters and I am sure one of them must have been 15 at some stage.
So, yes. Major changes did happen 15 to 18 years ago.
Sticking around for another 15 months as I need at least 15 consecutive weeks of good business books for a better price.
Had bad xmas and worse Jan. sales. We don't open on public hols and will start after Easter with longer hours. At least 15 hrs longer per week.
We cut our opening hrs by 15 pw since our kids left home. No need for extra money with the kids gone.
More contradictions and nonsense. And you mean 15 months to "fix" the books, no doubt. Considering the last business-related thread you got involved in, you advised someone to commit financial and tax fraud...
And then------drumrol. ....... The accountant said "Marco is correct" and went on to explain why. That shut you up for some time. Probably because
you were upchucking due to you loosing that debate.
I was proved correct so don't go back to that as it is there for all to read. Should I quote him again?
In the situation described by Marco above it appears to be 100% legal. There are situations where SARS could consider a partnership to be an income splitting scheme which could lead them to try and apportion all or the majority of the income to one spouse - however if both parties have a similar involvement in the business at a management level they will have a hard time disputing the terms of the partnership agreement irrespective the quantum of the income or profits earned by each party. Over the past 40 odd years I have handled numerous clients who run businesses in partnerships between spouses and have never had the income apportionment questioned.
Copied and pasted. Done and dusted. Try something else DJ.
No, your initial advice was fraudulent and you had to backtrack to another story that changed your first post. You're a dangerous liar with the bare-bones knowledge of anything business and finance related, but you profess to be an expert, or at least put it across as such.
Rather hush up now and quit with the lies and bullschit...
Right again.
And then change the subject and argue about something else again.
Must be the zopax.
LOL. That was not pertaining to your initial post. Your initial post inferred a different business registration method and it was pointed out to you that the advice you were giving on that basis amounted to fraud. You then changed your tune about the business type.
Regardless - that thread was derailed by you as usual and not getting back into it again...
Can you please post my " Fraudulent advice" here. Also, I have never professed to be an expert. I just happen to know a bit more than the average man in the street about investing.
Perhaps I should have named this thread "Investment Method for Dummies" because it works and does not require more than 3 brain cells.
Not me but you. I won that competition. Done and dusted. I won.
Just got another infraction and I cannot see why. My posts are now restricted.
Can't quote or reply to PM's.
