Pastel Partner 18

Hi guys,

We use Pastel Partner V18. Now since when we started using it even before 2009, a very annoying error keeps coming up when checking history, and while busy in the edit inventory window. It happens randomly, after 1 item check, or 5, or 20, it doesn't matter. Basically, anything inventory.

Status 7, file 9, accprd.dat

Since then, support kept on telling me to rebuild various files. Retore backups. Data Fixes (where they found nothing wrong). Pervasive workgroup was upgraded to Pervasive Server which cost thousands. Firewalls was put off and antivirus software was either uninstalled or disabled.
so many explanations or things that could be wrong. Hubs was replaced by switches and changed back, server PC changed, just about everything that can be done, was done.

Does anyone have a solution ? Help!

What OS are you using on the server and workstations?
Is Pervasive installed as a service or application?

If you are on V18, odds are that you will be on Pastel Advantage. Why don't you contact Pastel support, or your local dealer for assistance.
