Pastel Partner help needed

Ok, I have an off the wall question and I don't know if this is the place to ask, but maybe if you guys don't have the answer, you can direct me to who can help me.

I need help to write a report in Pastel Partner that will let me pull up all the transactions that gets entered into Pastel using Tax Code 00. I can pull a report that shows me all the other tax codes, but not 00.

Can someone give me guidance? Or maybe tell me if there's already such a report available, and I'm just not seeing it?

There are two ways you can get the information from the tables: You can use an ODBC link to the Pervasive database. Or, alternatively, Pastel does have a BIC module that will allow you to draw the data from the tables as well.
