pastel xpress09 problem

greetz PPL.

scenario: pc1 with DB , can work 100% on pastel , and use user accounts A and B without problems on that pc.

on pc2 however from this morning , nothing happens in system navigator when clicking on any icon...using both accounts A & B but on pc1 they work fine.

not a drive mapping problem
not a password problem

any ideas?
 
Is there a red x next to the company name?

Have you tried rebooting the pc?
 
You pay big $$ for Pastel support. I suggest you use it.

He probably doesn't have a support contract. It's quite expensive and you pay yearly.

Most of the time users only experience problems once or twice a year and its not worth taking the support contract.
 
did you try rebooting the pc, if you did best bet is to reinstall
