I agree with you on Wyvern Sting. As for Distracting Shot, I assume it's cases where a player would cast a trap and then use Distracting Shot to get the mob to run over the trap.
 
Undocumented thus far: Horde and Alliance leaders have decided that hunters are annoying.

Accordingly, the faction rep for hunters has been reset to zero.

Meh, thanks to trap launcher + kiting I've never needed to resort to Distracting Shot

Am I one of the few who use Distracting to rescue healers?
