mmm i got the files off agasas ftp thing. but still not sure how to patch the damn thing.

ive got the 3.0.1 installer tome.mpq file in the updates directory.
n then i have this other 3.0.1-3.0.2 file which is an exe like any other patch.

so how do i get it all working...
 
He he. Just went through hell trying to get this patch to work. Eventually got it working after pulling my hair out.

You can't do anything with that Installer Tome 2.mpq file unfortunately - it's not the complete patch. You have to track down the rest of the 2.4.3 to 3.0.1 patch:

Installer Tome 1.mpq
Installer Tome 3.mpq
Updater.exe

I found all of those sitting in a nice 44MB zip file on some German server - don't have the link now sorry. Anyway I downloaded those files and unzipped them into the same directory as my Installer Tome 2.MPQ and ran the Updater.exe file - installed fine.

Then I installed the 574MB 3.0.1 to 3.0.2 patch

Dunno why AGASA doesn't have the complete patch and only the 1GB Installer Tome 2.mpq file? Stupid if you ask me.

I'm capped at the moment, so I cant give you the link, but it's was wowwiki.com's patch mirrors that pointed me in the right direction. I found the patch that way.
 
ok so i get all the files now...
everyting is there... i use the updater it gets to like 64% n says error on installer tome 2.mpq. ive downloaded it twice now n am gettin seriously pissed off....

it unzipped perfectly fine so now i have no clue what 2 do.
any help or suggestions?
 
yeah i managed to get it goin ....
i had to download it AGAIN! n it worked... sigh... lol cap ftl...
now to find some damn gametime lol
