PATHETIC and NO support from Afrihost

I logged a ticket over 24 hours ago with afrihost support and they simply chose to ignore support tickets, and as a result of their ignorance I have had to incur additional costs to try and remedy the problem caused by their billing system cheating me out of at least 50% of 3G data.

Afrihost no longer knows how to deliver service, they can only deliver pathetic service. I will rather pay MTN R10 more and know I will get the full 1GB I paid for!

Stop being absolutely ridiculous...your expectations are completely out of touch and unrealistic.
 
Ok all sorted out. I sent "HELP" via sms to 32541 and Marcello called me within 10 minutes ... ill do that in future instead of logging a ticket.
 
While their developers are fixing the issue they will just re-allocate the data that went missing to clients that experience the issue.
