Pathetic data speeds in Parys

Hey Rain..... WTF is going on in Parys ?
The network has been PATHETIC for about two weeks.
I've looked around your website to report network problems, I don't see anywhere.
I suppose there is a spot on the website but you've carefully tucked it away.
You must have the shittest website of any SA ISP, its f..... worthless

Will some one kindly take their finger out of their arse and sort Parys's problems out.
Take a look at tonight's Speed test...Is this the sort of service you lot are proud of ???

Download: 0.06Mbps
Upload: 0.24Mbps

I bet NASA gets better comm speeds from Mars .
I'd be better digging a dial up modem out for a better experience.

I see the My Broadband speed test offers a solution.
