I'm over joyed that you a proud customer for 11 years. I do not have a problem with the service and too am a loyal customer of Afrihost. My frustration is directed at the staff and their lack of knowledge and intuitively.
When you walk into a bank, you are flooded with information without asking for it. I asked for the information yet, nothing was supplied. Clearly you are a very proud friend of one of the directors!
