Even after being a Telkom customer for almost 10 years with several accounts, they still require us to drive 150km to the next Telkom office to show them the passport to apply for a new line at our new house, Telkom are you kidding me?

I say screw that, I will not apply for Telkom ADSL anymore but continue to use this super ****ty ridonkulous Vinet hotspot bull.

Thanks for that smarty pants, but they don't care about certified copies, at least not according to the lady on the phone.

If I'd still be living in 1984 I'd probably don't complain about this caveman service, would I?

Why not arrange to hand it in at the SW Telkom offices and let them send it through?
 
Because I'm hardly ever in SW and don't want to drive through. The reason why this is so upsetting is that we are with Telkom for 10 years and yet they make it so difficult for us.
