Ok So what going on with Telkom these days?

I logged a call for our office Telephone lines and 3 weeks later they only realize that contractors broke the cable whole our company suffers. i complain on twitter, send Telkomza messages on Mybroadband and complain on hello peter many times and still it took them 2-3 weeks to actually come out and investigate.

Now the other issue is that my ADSL line at home has some packet loss and no Telephone dial tone. Then ilogged one 2 days ago. Yesterday they closed the fault and said it's been solved but still no dial tone on Telephones. i checked filters everything but i don't understand how the FLIP they can say it's resolved. I work in IT and even for someone that's not working on IT should know to call first and ask if it's resolved or not. There was a area outage for my home line but it's been resolved as per SMS and Telkom call centre (I think it's still faulty)

Telkom always comes with their Generic message and I actually feel so frustrated that I want to go to a Telkom shp or Telkom head office and demand to get someone to fix our Lines.

The other alternative is to transfer our lines from work over to Neotel as we already have Neotel Fibre 5mb/5mb service and that is working 100% ever since we got it 4 months ago.

So What can i do to get Useless pathetic Telkom to fix my service?

Going through the same experience at home.

The calls never get updated. Telkom on twitters favourite response is "We are liaising with our Technical Team....." BLAH BLAH

Still battling after 3 weeks.

Yes this is the main Reason why we decided to go to Neotel Fibre. Excelent service but a bit expensive but saves us the hassle with useless Telkom. Message to Telkom. If you really want to fire someone you can fire the useless people handling your Social media accounts as they act like Robots with same type of generic message over and over.

As soon as I can get fibre in my area that's not Telkom (might not be to long) I will take it.

Thanks for the email will see repsonce in the mena time I will log complain with ICASA to get this sorted ASAP.

So logged a complained with ICASA now. Received my ref numbers and hope this is the last straw

I logged about 2 call already and both where closed without my voice on my line being fixed. So how does Telkom do this. It must be against policy. Faults is 746CTK150316 and 646ctk160316 and when I call the call center they said they can't reopen faults so they then we have to start from scratch
