Anybody whats going on here with Payfine and Paycity?

I cant log into either with my existing details.

Anybody make use of paycity?

i cant log into either - clowns messed up something

When i could get in to the new Paycity website, i went right to the last step to pay the fine and only got errors. Tried a few times and on different days no luck. :(

Ridiculous.

Payfine was a good solution, but it seems they have just lost the plot and things have gone to the dogs.

I see quite a few complaints on hellopeter about paycity

eina...

I don't trust that site. It claims I have 3k worth of fines. Last week I went to renew my licenses and yup, zero fines!

So I scheme they use it to sucker people into paying fines that are all ready scrapped/cancelled and so on, smart buggers hey!

Aight,
Igs

Thats interesting. I have noticed they dont always have the photos for the fines up on their site either - you right they could be up to something

I just registered on paycity.co.za, checked my fines and surprisingly I only have one fine. A fine I got 4 days after taking delivery of my very first brand new car, I was still excited :D. It's only R500 for traveling 137 km/h on a 120 km/h zone. Saw a nice photo of my car on the website too.

Interestingly enough, it states that I have a R500 fine from October last year! I renewed my vehicle license a month ago and I also had no outstanding fines...

Logged into paycity with payfine details and everything worked 100%

Warning thread necro..

Anyone else had problems with Paycity ? I paid a traffic fine on 18th Feb and received a sms yesterday from the city of Capetown that the fine is still outstanding. Checked on their website and it is still outstanding, contacted Paycity and their reply was to ignore the sms as it might be incorrect, this does not sit well with me as I've never had this problem in the past when paying via other means.

go to http://www.aarto.gov.za/ go to query my fine punch in your details and see what's outstanding.
Rather pay fines at traffic department, post office or your bank (most online banking has this facility).
