Paying eToll - anyone else battle ?

So I registered online to see what I owe and thought I'd clear that.

I asked for a prepaid account and topped up (R200.00 balance) - but nothing has actually been taken from it and I have unpaid trips. Car does seem linked too ...

How do I pay?

Can you see entries under View Detailed Transaction Report?

It took a while for me to see the unpaid trips, at the higher price, to be deducted from the prepaid balance. I phoned them, and then they sorted it.

Also phoning their call center is like playing a slot machine, sometimes you reach a total moron, dumber than a plank, other times you hit 777 and speak to someone who will sort your issue in a minute.

If you reach a moron, put the phone down and phone again.

In the beginning their call center was good, but I guess as people started receiving sms's and emails and bills and they started phoning Sanral, it got worse and worse. If you reach someone who is clueless, play this and hold your phone close to the speaker:

OK - it seems it took the latest off (there was a delay) so my balance has gone down.

So the older unpaid is the issue
