Payoneer?

Hey guys, I need some info about Payoneer.
I want to get a card from them but idk how it works.
Can anyone who has used their service tell me how long does the card take to be delivered and is there any charges ?
Will I be able to use the card for purchases in stores in South Africa?
And will/ how will I be able to withdraw money from it if I do have funds on it ?

I'd really appreciate the help !

I never got mine after like 200 days when their automated system reminded me my account was going to be put on hold.

Got an email from Xapo, bitcoin based debit card, allows cash atm withdrawals worldwide, didn't check the fees, that may be the catch.
