I want to create myself a paypal account. But I am not too sure how the whole thing works...
When I click on sign up, I chose premier. And then at the bottom of the form it asks for my cc no with recommended in brackets. I do not have a cc, and I am not sure if this will be a problem?
Please enlighten me
