I see on NewEgg several pc blue-ray readers for under $100,
but on SA local online sites I can find nothing under R2000 plus.
Surely coming from Asia, we should be seeing sub R1000 PC blueray readers/DVD writers?
Why are we out of sync with what is happening in the US?
Walmart in the US is even selling sub $100 standalone blue-ray players(asian brands) for
the first time this week. Local prices are struggling above R3000 plus for standalone blue-ray.
Like many people putting a player in my HTPC will be a cheaper option than buying a standalone or PS3.
