I wouldn't get the older 1155 machine, rather go for the newer 1150 sockets.
Something like this: Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2 Intel H81 LGA1150
Also, the Core i5 1150 CPUs are usually very close in price to the 1155 ones.
The CPU close to what you have is the i5-4670
