Yes or no to the above parts?
HDD will be an Agility 3 SSD.
Preferably i want it below R4500.

Getting that cooler on a low spec CPU that you cannot overclock is rather useless.

Also, why do you want to spend that much on a case when you can spend that money on a better CPU and more RAM instead?

Sorry, the cooler is not for that PC :p.
And the case is because it looks cool!

EDIT: Just some more info, the PC is for my parents. And i let my dad choose the case and that's the one he liked the look of. :p.

lol you just want your dad to think he needs that cooler so you can get it for yourself without paying for it:D

Swap out the MSI for a asus or gigabyte, buy 2x4GB RAM sticks, get a 550w or a 600w PSU

What is wrong with MSI?
A PC that is using Outlook + Browsing does NOT need 8Gb of memory.
And why do i need a PSU bigger than the one i will be ordering? The PC is not going to draw more than 200W at the most.

Well...since you didnt say that you will be using that PC "Outlook + Browsing" I assumed that since you are buying such high performance parts you would use it for gaming...I mean who buys a 3rd gen I5, performance ram and a freaking SSD just to use outlook and web browsing....I mean get real.

If you are going to primarily use outlook and browse the web...get a I3 and some value RAM FFS

A good way to ask for advice is to take all the info you get, select the bits that you find relevant, discard the rest, then thank everyone for their input regardless of whether you used it or not. Getting defensive and trying to justify your choices after receiving the advice you requested will only make people ignore you in the future.
