PC Cooling Issues

83C is not bad for that CPU. The hottest it would get is about 100-110C under max load.

2 fans in and 2 fans out? Tidy up your cabling too allowing better airflow.

Thanks. A new case is definitely an option.

I'll remove the front cover and test again, but I did remove it as one point and the fans were still noisy. I'll check the CPU and GPU temps.

I think the reviews on the stock H100i fans (ML120) show that they are a lot noisier than similar fans (like the Arctics P12).

So even with another case, I think the AIO fans need to be replaced. Or change to a different air cooler? I have a Scythe Mugen 5 Rev C on my other PC and never hear it.

I think the max core temp spec on the CPU is 92 degrees. It was sitting relatively cool at around 68 degrees as far as I can remember.

Maybe just change the fans. Coolermaster always worked for me. But these days so many options. front ones suck air in and top and back exhaust.

I added a 140mm fan to the top as an exhaust, and temps seem to have dropped significantly
:)

I ordered replacement radiator fans too - Arctics P12 Max. Will fit them and see if it helps (they should be quieter according to reviews).
