PC International - Closed?

I placed an order with PC International a few weeks back for a rather large hardware upgrade. I then decided to increase my order and, rather than having them ship to me twice, I asked them to postpone my original order and ship everything together, confirming with them that I would finalize payment on the 15th of December (today), as they close for the holidays on the 18/19th (or so I was told). I have just attempted to complete my order, however I have not heard back from them and their phone line is perpetually engaged. I am worried that they have gone on leave early and, in doing so, decided to hold on to not only ALL the hardware I have purchased, but around R2500 I have already paid.

Does anyone have any information on whether or not they are closed? I am desperate to get hold of them...
 
As far as I know they are still open till friday
why dont you go past the shop if your so concerned or are you far from it?

I'm in Pietermaritzburg. Wish I could, but alas, the only way I can contact them is via phone or email :(

And yes, I am concerned because I am going to be away from Thursday, and I need to make this purchase before christmas.
 
I drove past the shop yesterday and they appeared to be open - try calling them again.
 
Last panic week of orders, I am sure they are just real busy.

I've called them every fifteen minutes or so since this morning to no avail. Statistically, if they were just really busy, I would have gotten through by now. Looks like I will have to wait until Thursday which won't help much considering they close the day after. But I will be *extremely* angry if they close before shipping my order, effectively leaving me R2500 poorer over the holidays with nothing to show for it...
 
I've made the payment, the guy confirmed that he recieved the receipt.
It was the last I heard from them, they didn't tell me when to expect delivery, or gave me a waybill number to trace my order myself!

In my experience pcint doesn't really do communications. The stuff just rocks up on your doorstep one day

I haven't purchased from them yet, do they send you the courier details, like waybill number etc.?
 
The number I have for them is correct, right? (011)504 1300? I got it off their site, but I just want to be 100% sure...
