All of a sudden I'm unable to use my PC. It's too slow and I'm getting this pop ups.

I have tried reseating the RAM and still doesn't work, I also did a memory test and no issues were detected.

I'm not sure what it could be, anyone with some help? I can't even remove personal stuff incase I need to give it to some IT person to see if they can sort it out. (personal info on there so I need to first remove everything)
 
Did you install anything before it started getting slow? Have you checked free disk space? Rull AV/malware scan? Check event logs for system errors?
 
Go check out system restore and see if anything new happened there, also look at MS updates... but there is still a ton of other possibles...

No I did not, I have free disc space. Unable to run a scan or even move the cursor. I can't do nothing. So even trying to remove everything is not possible :/

Nothing there. Also unable to check for updates as i cannot click on anything.

Disable all startup items: Task manager -> startup
If it boots fine then enable each item and see which which one causes the issue.

If that fails I'd try a system restore.
 
I can do system restore but it's just showing me one point which isn't even before the issue occurred... So that won't work
 
I think I"ll give it to a guy who's on IT to help sort this, is there a way I can remove everything? In safe mode since I can't actually use the pc when I start it in normal
 
generally those errors indicate a possible issue with your RAM.. if your RAM is faulty, reseating it wont help.. get a usb bootable copy of memtest -> http://www.memtest.org/ and boot into the utility.. let it run through at least 3 tests which should test your RAM adequately enough.. it will let you know if there are any errors and if so, replace said faulty dimm/s..

While in safe mode, run msconfig - this will allow you to do a clean boot. Once in msconfig, go to the startup tab and disable all startup items, then reboot. If machine performs better, go back to msconfig and enable the start items one at a time until you identify the problem one.

Have you checked event viewer to see if anything is logged?

Have no secondary pc to do the copy to the USB
