Update from my side on an order from PCLinkComputers.co.za:
After jumping through some hoops(A lot), I received my refund yesterday for a product I ordered early in March 2021 and canceled mid May after too many delays.

They promised me that the refund for my order (from Dec 2020) will be processed on friday after sending a LOD.
Still waiting

I will never order from them again and wouldn't advise anybody to do so either. Communication is horrendous. They shipped the wrong part and not what was ordered and advertised. Try and get a refund or any answer out of them... non existent. Save yourself the hassle and just get another supplier.

What communication? The only communication I got from them was a system generated mail when I opened a support ticket, and a human generated mail to say that they are closing all tickets older than 48 hours. The fact that they haven't addressed the issue at all was of no concern to him.

I only managed to get the goods I paid for after asking Payfast to reverse the payment. Payfast couldn't reverse the payment, but phoned the shop and took the matter up with them.

Never again!
