Okay here's what I've come up with

CPU: AMD APU-3850 @R997
Motherboard : MSI A75MA-G55 @R856
GPU : Saphirre Radeon 6670 @R750
Case : Aerocool X Warrior @R478 Image
RAM : 4GB Kingston DDR3 ValueRAM (2GB Kitx2) @R120 each
HDD : WD Caviar Green 3TB @R1460
Power Supply : Corsair CX 500 @R637

Total = R5418

*For extra gaming grunt I have added in a Radeon 6670, which would be configured in hybrid crossfire with the integrated graphics on the APU. If you want to you could drop the GPU, and for an extra R700 add in another WD Caviar Green 3TB HDD.

If you are willing to wait a month or two, you could get the new Trinity APU's from AMD with a corresponding FM2 socket motherboard, they will offer better computing and graphics performance compared to the current Llano APU's. Pricing for the new Trinity APU's will be around the same as Llano APU's currently are.
