Hey guys! Its that time of year, where I award myself with a much needed PC upgrade. :D

I was just wondering where to buy from in Durban. I've ruled out Incredible Connection & was looking at PC Zone.

I've never bought from them before & am worried about buying from them. They have a Bday sale coming up on the 3rd Oct & I was looking at getting a whole new gaming system.

What I wanted to know is, are they reliable, reputable to buy from? :confused:

Thanks!

Yes.

If you get into the store I would be surprized ! It's very busy and will be even more during the bday sale

there service sucks beeg ballz but their systems are pretty reliable (on my 6th). But as stated, get there early, like camp out early, if you're planning on going there next Fri,Sat and Sun. :D

AGREED ! Go and camp out on Thursday if you have to :D

I checked the ad today and am seriously considering doing some camping out myself, lol :D

I don't see it on their website and never buy the paper. Scan and post for the rest of us? :D ;) :)

eish, no scanner bru :o Mebbe someone else can scan it. Or, go buy a fsckin paper for the ad :p:D

LOL! Thanks for the replies guys! I plan on camping there or at least arriving an hour early.

I'm really after a Quad Core system with decent graphics. With that in mind, should I look at Dual graphics? I plan on doing alot of gaming & do alot of Photoshop, art work, 3D work on my current PC which has a GeForce 6600. Is going Dual Graphics practical?

Hi guys,

Yeah their service has never been the greatest but they are reliable. The website is updated so it will be worth checking out. With prices like R3000 for a full Quad Core system, it' definitely worth it!

sheesh, they have a Q6600 System for 3k :eek: and Seagate 500GB HDD's for R599 .... RAM DDR2 800mzh R149 .... 22x DVD-RW R149 .... Graphics cards are low low low :eek::D

I wonder if I can camp out in the parking lot. Maybe we can turn it into a MyBroadband braai... :D
