Can anyone suggest a company able to make small, basic PCB's ?
I need a couple of dozen for a small project.
Pref around Joburg to save courier costs.

We did not use them to manufacture but they fixed some PCB's for us and were very efficient https://www.edatech.co.za/

If you are not in a rush I'd recommend JLCPCB. Never had any issues and they are dirt cheap. 5 boards for like $2.
Pcbway also isn't too bad but found their shipping a lot slower.
