PCI-E 1 Low profile Graphics card

Looking for a PCI-E X1 (the tiny slot) and low profile (ie. half size) graphics card.

I can't seem to find one of these anywhere. I have an oldish Dell machine I'd like to use for more intensive graphic programs then the onboard can handle.

Anyone able to source these. I'm in Durban.
