PCMCIA Firewire card bundled with Video Editing software?

Hi everyone

My client is looking for a PCMCiA firewire card preferably one that is on the budget side to use with his Sahara Laptop, now thing is I can get one for him but it doesn't come with any editing software included so I was wondering if anyone can tell me who can supply me with one that comes bundled with any software.
