Hello,

I have a query regarding regarding the sentech PCMCIA modem for notebooks.

My situation is thus: we're signing up for a 128k package at the end of this month, and will be selecting the "USB modem" option. We currently have two computers, one a desktop and one a notebook. Both have USB, and the notebook has a PCMCIA port.

What I would like to do is get a PCMCIA modem in addition to the USB modem (even if at a slightly inflated monthly charge). NB: PLEASE NOTE that I do NOT want to connect the two modems at once (not even sure if that is possible with sentech).

If anyone has a spare one lying around (yeah right, but worth a try [:)]) kindly email me at [email protected].

If anyone can help me it'd be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Best advice i have is keep an eye on NoWire.co.za for their launch on 1 April - they will apparently be selling modems without contracts...maybe even call them about it - they've been quite helpful with me so far [:)]
