I've finished this and thoroughly enjoyed it. I cannot help but compare it to the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, with Peacemaker being a mix between Peter Quill and Drax the destroyer. His dad would be Ego/Yondu. Very similar "80's are greaties" type feel to the whole thing and soundtrack.
If DC produced more stuff like this, they might succeed.

Very late to the party as usual. Sorry for resurrecting this thread but just discovered it. Only watched the 1st episode but looks promising.

It was probably the best superhero tv series of recent time. Loki was also quite good, but had a lot less action unfortunately.

This was just so over the top silly and fun, much better than Loki IMO. John Cena is a global treasure.
