Pecanwood property

Thinking of buying property around pecanwood in about a year or two times depending on price. Anyone living there or at a golf estate? I know the levies are insane there. About 5-6k a month. It’s just a feeler because I rate prices for those residential estate will drop significantly because the levies will probably increase further since a portion of the revenue for the estate is from corporate events.

On their Facebook page they seemed desperate. They had a sale where if you buy anything from their golf shop you get a free game of golf.

Try other estates that side. The Coves. Westlake, the islands, Magalies, Leloko. I personally prefer The Coves and Westlake. I'll definitely live there in a few years
