I received six of the SMS's below from 0820080397 during the course of yesterday:

MultiChoice Self Service
Get media content now (30 KB)

According to the forum moderator on DSTV this SMS did not come from MultiChoice. There is a hyperlink on the second part of the message, and when I click on it (yes I did :(), something flashes but it's too quick to see. Since the message contains some content, I suppose it might be a MMS. I had a strange flash-back to when I got my first virus on Windows  I'm wondering if it is a virus or some kind of phishing app. Any idea's on this? PS I'm using a Nokia Lumia, thus Windows Phone 8.

Never mind, latest from Multichoice:

Further investigation has yielded the fact that it's not a hoax, but an MMS gone wrong. Our provider is checking with the networks to determine why the messages are repeating and why an additional tag line has been added.

Made me sit up and take notice though ;0)
