Peer to Peer over 3G

Can anyone please suggest a good Peer to Peer client that works over 3G. I have been trying to use UTorrent but its particularly slow...
What are the best settings to use on UTorrent if it is the right thing?

Apply for the "unrestricted" APN and use that.
