Peeved beyond belief!!

So this morning i woke up to check my accounts online etc. and to my surprise, a familiar deduction showed up of R699. It was the dreaded Neotel! I have not been with neotel for over 4months now, probably longer and I start getting billed again.

Hugo, you need to sort this out!

Well it turns out that They only billed me my final bill now! Stupid stupid stupid.

Stupid Neotel have charged me over R1,600 for two months in a row, saying I've gone over my 15Gb cap. Impossible!!

Strange thing is my usage for May was exactly the same as June, down to the las megabyte which is virtually impossible.

I'm off to Telkom now. Uncapped ADSL.
