Odds are the following applies to most average human beings out there:
- Your name and ID number are floating around somewhere in a spreadsheet as a lead.
- You are highly traceable on the web.
- There is way more information available on social media about you than you think.
- You have opted into so many agreements that there is now inadvertently 100s of unknown third parties sharing your info amongst each other, legally.
- By standard, most agreements force you to surrender your data, otherwise get lost.

So I would like to argue that 90% people do not care about their info at all. Not if it was leaked in a breach. Not if it is being shared illegally. They just couldn't be bothered.

Well with all the data breaches, the past few years, regardless of how well you look out for your personal data, there is precious little of your personal data that has not already been leaked. No amount of being careful, will change that. And you are totally blameless, for the retarded negligence perpetuated by others.
