Per second vs per minute billing

Hi all

I'm on the Talk200 package and due to upgrade later this month. Like most Blackberriers I'm eyeballing the 9900 but the R2639 pay-in doesn't excite me.
I'd like to know if it's worth hanging on for 2 or 3 months before upgrading in the hope that the prices come down enough to enable me to get the handset free on upgrade, or am I wasting my time and should rather take the 9780 now?

Longer. normally two - 3 months..but December period is normally longer.
