We use limited performance management software. Need to have a computerized HR / Employee performance management solution...

Any recommendations?
 
try SCubed. it's a great suite of Human Resource Management software in a web-based environment. it's got a very unique look and is extremely easy to use! :) the software is implemented and consulted by Petros Business Solutions and they seem to be competitively priced in this specific market.

Will try SCubed, they seem to be based in South-Africa...

The solution must web-based and accessible for all employees.
 
Thanks FarligOpptreden. Must say that SCubed really looks like a viable solution. The detail on http://www.scubedonline.co.za address at least 80% of my needs - I'm specifically looking for a Employee Performance Management System... Do you have more details with regards to the HR modules?

Anyone with some sort of comparison matrix?
 
@Mobile...: the details of the system are on the website. just browse through the different sections to gain more details of it. there are some screenshots as well if you want to see what it looks like. i've seen the system in action and it looks pretty stable. you get some pretty decent reporting from it as well. the one thing that really impressed me was the ability to print an Employment Equity report directly from the system!

i suggest you contact Petros Business Solutions (their contact details should be on their website) for a full demo and maybe even a proposal...

Attended an HR day facilitated by Harvy Jones Systems (www.harveyjones.co.za). Must say that the SCubed software looks great. The total Employee Performance Management suite seems quite complete. The product seemed to be focused around the South African market, especially BEE requirements.

Leaders, can you supply me with a product website, as the provided link offers very little detail regarding the product? Something similar to www.scubedonline.co.za...
 
just a quick note to say that the SCubed software is for real... I've seen so many providers that claim to have software, but fail to implement once the contract has been assigned. For those we want to see the software themselves, please PM me, I'll give you my username and password on the demo system.
